Milltek Sport VW /Audi Track Day at Croft - Report

Event was held on Saturday 29th April 2006

The picturesque and well-equipped Croft race circuit, near Darlington in North Yorkshire, provided non-stop action as its 2.1 miles of track twists and turns in every direction - highly technical and extremely exciting for drivers, passengers and spectators alike.

Organised by Autometrix, the publishers of Volkswagen Driver and Audi Driver magazines, this years' track day at Croft (sponsored by Milltek Sport) was a great success, with a good turnout of over 60 track cars, plus many spectators, clubs and traders.

Amongst the cars on the circuit were the Milltek Sport Audi RS4 B7 4.2V8, Porsche Cayman S, VW Golf Mk5 GTi, and Audi RS4 B5 2.7T.

Although primarily for Volkswagen & Audi models (inc SEAT and Skoda etc), this year a number of places were allocated to drivers with cars from other marques. There were Porsche's, Westfield's, Radical's and more.
