Based in Derby, UK, our high-tech advanced manufacturing center is a great leap forward in technical ability. The £2.5M purpose built facility has machinery such 5-axis twin robot lasers, CNC multi-stack tube bender, high tech tube and sheet laser cutting and much more - our in-house machinery is designed to be efficient and green, while ensuring the quality of our products are consistent and to the highest degree.
Our facilities ensure faster lead times, which means newly designed products can be put on the market, ordered and fitted to a customers car much quicker. It also means being able to meet the demand for our renowned performance systems as we develop our global presence further. We also have a warehouse stocked with parts ready to be picked and sent to your door!
Based not far from our main HQ in Derby we have another manufacturing centre, this Ilkeston based hub has also had lots of investment. It's a site that has been with Milltek for many year, but this has had a whole new look with lots of new equipment such as laser welding equipment. With all the advancements in technology and for it to be based in-house, we believe this shows our commitment to bringing quality and providing a good service to our customers.
To help with development and testing we have testing facilities based at the famous Nürburgring, we take great pride in our racing heritage, where we also sponsor and develop for vehicles competing in series, this helps us to see how our exhaust and products react in the most taxing conditions. In 2022 we also opened up more capabilities with setting up our North American HQ in Tennessee, these help develop American specific cars, whilst also being a main distribution centre.
