6. Returns and Cancellations
For UK & EU Customers:
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) or EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Goods must be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days of notifying us.
A full refund (including standard delivery) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
For Non-UK/EU Customers:
We offer returns in accordance with applicable local consumer laws.
If your jurisdiction does not mandate returns, we may still accept them at our discretion within 14 days.
General Conditions:
Custom, modified, or special-order products may not be eligible for return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Returns authorised outside of 14days will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking/admin fee.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
Notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as required by law.
Please include photographic and or video evidence demonstrating the issue along with the product part and batch numbers where applicable.
