40 Years Of Milltek Sport

As we bid farewell to 2023, it's only fitting to turn our attention to the rearview mirror and reflect on the journey that has been Milltek Sport's past year. It's been a big one, 40 years of Milltek took precedent this year, where we've celebrated with events, giveaways, and much more! We've had over 40 years of expertise, continuously developing, manufacturing and investing, that would evolve into the global brand that it is today. We decided to do something special and take all the defining cars to Catesby Tunnel, where a video was created to showcase the story of Milltek Sport. You can watch this on the YouTube. Below is some media to show what we've been up to.

Shows

Caffeine and Machine

Caffeine and Machine is well known for it's themed nights, with this we decided it would be a good place to host our own. The invite was open to all those that have supported us through purchasing a product, as well as dealers we have worked with over the years. There was a big turnout with some well put together cars, with the spectacular cars and warm weather, it really couldn't of gone any better.

Goodwood 2023

Goodwood is a defining moment of the Summer for many people, it hosts all the big names hoping to get a foot in the action. The symphony of cars can be heard all day, where it showcases all the new, sometimes never seen before cars. The first 2 days went well, as people know the Saturday was cancelled, but we were back in action on the Sunday. The M3, Ineos, Range Rover, AutoFinnesse's GR Yaris, were all there to showcase our systems, we also had Urban to support us with a few of their vehicles.

Other Events

Milltek joined many others for the season of activities and events, This included Flat 6, Forge Action Day, PistonHeads 25th Anniversary, Players Classic and Tegiwa Cars and Coffee. Participating in car events offers enthusiasts the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, share their passion for automotive performance, and gives us the opportunity to showcase the unique features of our products.

Development Cars

Our Fleet is one way to develop new systems, we've also been busy developing vehicles from donor cars too, with over 20 new vehicles with a selection of systems. Below are some highlights.

Sam Reynolds - Lotus Emira

Sam Reynolds is a well known MTB Freestyler, he's even won awards for his crazy tricks. Sam wanted more sound from his Emira, whilst still being Track friendly so opted for a Particulate Filter Back System, which integrates into the factory drive modes, giving the option to open and close valves at a touch.

Iwan Thomas - RS6

Iwan Thomas MBE represented Great Britain and Northern Ireland in running at the Olympic Games, however his passion for cars shines through, we showcased this on YouTube where you can see part of the development, and a small interview with his history in cars. Iwans car now runs a Particulate Filter Back System with Cerakote Black Oval Trims.

Joe Achilles - M3 Touring

Automotive YouTuber Joe Achilles brought down his M3 Touring, well known for his BMW content it was a perfect match, we we're keen to get out hands on the new Touring, where we developed a few different systems.

Some of the other noteworthy cars that we've developed for recently include - GT3, GT4, Dakar, Alpine A110S, Honda Civic and Corvette C8. The Audi TT Mk1 also had a refresh.

Production

If you ever wonder how Milltek Sport produce performance exhausts, we did a small production series to highlight our facilities, and to show behind the scenes with all the hard work that the production team put in, we can't thank them enough for all the effort! Our facilities allow us to create high quality, repeatable parts, but in the end it's the dedication that our team has for the brand, that keeps it going.
