Milltek Sport’s Ranger Raptor system amplifies the sound of Ford’s high-performance pick-up while integrating with the factory driving modes for a customizable soundtrack. This system not only offers auditory enhancements but also improves exhaust gas flow and introduces aesthetic improvements with a pair of 4.5" GT115 single-skin tailpipes providing a striking visual accent.

Engineered, developed, and manufactured at our state-of-the-art Advanced Manufacturing Centre in the UK, each exhaust system comprises of a front connecting pipe, center section, dual valve assembly, left and right-hand axle and tailpipes, with a choice of five distinct Trim finishes: Polished Stainless, Cerakote Satin Black, Brushed Titanium, Burnt/Blue Titanium, and Carbon Fiber. Prioritising durability, performance, driving dynamics, and aesthetics, the system is meticulously constructed from highly robust and anti-magnetic T304L 'aircraft grade' stainless steel, renowned for its resistance to discoloration. Utilizing mandrel bending techniques ensures smooth, unrestricted gas flow, while an enlarged bore ensures ultimate performance.

A Milltek Active Valve Controller can be installed to override the factory valve control, fully opening or closing the larger Milltek valves.
