Year to date, Milltek has transformed over 60 miles (again!) worth of tube into our exceptional performance exhausts.
2025 has been a great year for growth within Milltek, seeing the launch of our Milltek Design range, and Milltek Corp securing our space within USA manufacturing with the design, development and production of Milltek products for USDM vehicles.
It’s been a great year for our dealers and distributors with many companies worldwide representing our brand at shows and even hosting their own events.
We’ve seen over 30 vehicles through our UK HQ for Exhaust development, with a mix of revised systems for modern classics such as the BMW E92 M3 & Audi B7 RS4. With 5 specific vehicles for Milltek Design & development including the Land Rover Defender OCTA, INEOS Grenadier, F66 Mini and Defender L316.

Branded as the Milltek Civic Cup, with 7 events of door to door racing around the UK’s best circuits, including livestream coverage, this was our 6th year supporting the series. Milltek GMBH sponsored driver Philip Geipel and the SpeedLife Motorsport team with their Gen 1 GR Yaris Rally2, competing in the Central European Rallye for the 2025 season. And not forgetting competing in BTCC (British Touring Car Championship) with the PowerMaxed Racing team & Mikey Doble.

Hosting our own Milltek event at Great Northern Classics in Derby, bringing out a whole selection of Milltek Fleet cars and brand partners all in one place.

Players Classic will always be an event we’re interested in attending. Coming back to the historic Goodwood circuit and displaying our latest Milltek exhausts will never get old. And in 2025, we had two Milltek equipped vehicles on track, and four on show, including the brand new Defender OCTA.
Some of our brand partners were also in attendance, Regal Autosport, AReeve & Auto Finesse even had their cars on track, displaying the wonderful Milltek exhaust soundtrack to the many thousands of people within the circuit.

Goodwood
Our largest stand yet at Goodwood, no sharing, no extras, just Milltek. Showcasing our latest and greatest exhausts, and our freshly renamed - Milltek Design bolt on accessories.
For 2025, our customers had the first glimpse of our new Design range for the L663 Defender, including Side Steps including under body protection, rear spoiler options and brand new exhaust for the OCTA option. Also featuring our Design range, the Ineos Grenadier with a whole host of upgrades on this one. Be sure to check our website for these!
We had our latest BMW system on show for the G90/G99 M5 and a Milltek prototype on the Porsche 992.2 GTS.
Four days full of the public rolling through, we certainly look forward to this event every year, with so many new faces looking to grow their knowledge on the relevant Milltek systems.
SEMA
For the first time in our history, Milltek systems are being manufactured in the USA. What started as a small crew chasing an idea has grown into a dedicated team that lives and breathes the brand
SEMA is one of the most notorious shows across the globe, to have a full booth with our latest developments on show, and with three vehicles showcasing both exhaust and Milltek Design, we were ready. 160,000 people across the weekend and the Vegas backdrop.
The SEMA show provided a great stage to discuss products with customers, dealers and the pure enthusiasts.

Essen
To round off the 2025 season for us here at Milltek, our UK marketing team headed out to Essen Motorshow in Germany to catch up with the GMBH crew, and to feature some of the amazing machinery and vehicle builds within the show.
At the heart of the Milltek GMBH show booth was once again our Gen 2 GR Yaris, but this time displaying the latest ‘Straight Pipe’ system, and the RaceChip MK8 VW Golf. Continuing our partnership with various aftermarket automotive manufacturers including Forge Motorsport, displaying a selection of their latest products.
To name a few of the other vehicles on show within the huge 7 halls at Essen, The Top Secret Audi R8 on the Streetec booth, and a LibertyWalk Lamborghini Urus in the Tuning Experience area.
