The Milltek team is always up for a track day when the opportunity arises, so of course when our friends at AutoID invited us down to their first track session of the year we enthusiastically accepted.
It was great opportunity for us to put the recent modifications to our fleet F66 Cooper S to work. Among these was a suspension overhaul courtesy of KW Suspension and installed by Aaron Reeve of AReeve Performance.
Not only has this transformed the stance of the car, it handles like a dream, while not being awful for the regular daily commutes.
Alongside our Mini, we dusted off the Milltek G81 M3 for another track session. An AutoID track day wouldn't be complete without a hefty collection of Milltek equipped BMW M cars. Our M3 joined Jack, Nathan, and Taylan of AutoID's G87 M2, F82 M4, and F80 M3 respectively.
On the media side of things after struggling to get the plethora of mounting accessories to fit securely onto the M3's front bumper our Go Pro setup looked like something out of Mad Max and unsurprisingly didn't provide the goods... but hey, nothing beats some panning shots!
